Dynamos have indicated that at least five foreign coaches have applied to become the club’s new head coach.
Despite earlier indicating that Ndiraya would be given a contract to lead the side in 2016 Dynamos are now head hunting for a new head coach.
“When we fired Mandigora he was replaced by Ndiraya who was in charge on an interim basis .Ndiraya’s contract ended on the 31st of December 2015.
“We are thus now head hunting for a new coach for 2016. So far we have short listed a number of coaches after an overwhelming response and we will be conducting interviews today.
“Ndiraya is among the shortlisted candidates and will be considered as well added Mubaiwa. The person who succeeds in the interviews will be revealed afterwards.
“A number of foreign coaches have applied, we have 5 in total Mark Harrison was the 6th revealed Mubaiwa we talked to him but things did not work out.
One of the candidates is believed to Portuguese national Paulo Jorge Silva . Silva has a rich coaching experience having worked with German sides VfB Stuttgart, Greuther Furth, Nuremberg, Aalen and Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon in his home country.
He has also coached in Africa with stints at Tunisian side Esperance , Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak and Nigerian side COD United.
