Dynamos left back Ocean Mushure has been pardoned by the technical team and will return back to the Warriors fold after having mussed initial training sessions.
Mushure had appeared to have snubbed a National team call up, after missing out at training sessions with the coach alleging that the player was even unreachable on phone. Even his club Dynamos were ignorant of his whereabouts – which led the Warriors coach to exclude him from his CHAN squad.
The Herald has reported that Mushure is back after having attended to a sick relative. He has since been forgiven and has written to ZIFA and the technical team on his absence.
The Warriors will resume training on boxing day in preparation for the CHAN tournament scheduled to start on the 16th of January in Rwanda.
Zimbabwe are in Group D along with Zambia, Mali and Uganda.
