The draw for the 2016 CHAN tournament has been held today in Kigali ,Rwanda.

The 16 teams that qualified have been divided into four groups of four with the Warriors drawn in Group D alongside Zambia, Uganda and Mali

The tournament  which caters for only locally based players will be held between January 16-February 7 at four main venues in Rwanda.

The Warriors had a good run at the last tournament crashing out at the semi-finals to eventual winners Libya.

Full draw:

Group A – Rwanda, Gabon, Morocco, Cote d’Ivoire

Group B – DR Congo, Angola.  Cameroon, Ethiopia

Group C – Tunisia,Nigeria Niger, Guinea

Group D-Zimbabwe,Mali,  Uganda, Zambia
