Costa Nhamoinesu’s Sparta Paha played a 2-2 draw with Germany’s Schalke 04 in Europa League Group K encounter played last night.

Nhamoinesu was thrust in an unfamiliar centre back position as Sparta was looking for a strong defence against a heavily attacking German side.

Nhamoinesu put up a good show that earned the Czech side a valuable point to maintain second position Group K.
