National team coach Calisto Pasuwa has urged his boys to remain focused during their crucial encounter against Lesotho.
Zimbabwe host Lesotho at Babourfields stadium in the first leg of the final qualifier for CHAN on Sunday.
In an interview with the Chronicle Pasuwa said his players must guard against complacency to avoid unnecessary mistakes like the one that costed 3 points against Guinea in AFCON qualifiers.
“We need to be totally focused from the very first minute, we don’t want a repeat of what happened during the Guinea match,” said Pasuwa.
Washington Arubi conceded a howler moments after the start in the match against Guinea last month in the AFCON qualifier.
“We are playing at home, infront of our supporters, we need to keep our shape and once we do that, our opponents might find it difficult to score, we will not concede,” Pasuwa added
