Former Highlanders striker Thomas Chideu was the star on the day as his side Ajax Cape town beat Platinum Stars 2-0 in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge campaign.

Chideu scored both goals on either side of the break to secure three points.

Chideu scored the opener in the 23rd minute before capping off a great day with a wonderful strike from outside the box in the 76th minute.
