Dynamos beat Chapungu 1-0 to qualify for the final of the tournament.

Rodreck Mutuma scored the all-important goal in the 52nd minute to win the game for Dynamos.

The game had a lively start but the teams cancelled each other for most of the first half. The half time break came with the match goalless despite a number of created chances.

The second half had a slow start but gradually picked up.

In the 52nd minute Roderick Mutuma broke the deadlock when he did well to poke the ball into the back of the net following a corner from Ocean Mushure.

Barely minutes later Dynamos almost doubled the lead when a quick attack saw Ronald Chitiyo shot saved but onto the path of Mutuma who effort was also blocked.

Despite the dominance of Dynamos Chapungu remained very much in the game with Tineyi Chitora and Allan Tavariswa causing problems.

The last fifteen minutes of game saw Chapungu pressing for an equaliser but Dynamos defence held firm to see out the win.

Dynamos will now meet Harare City in the final.
