Kaizer Chiefs player Lincolin Zvasiya is on the verge of joining Harare City after training with the club this week.
The defender who is still contracted to Kaizer Chiefs is only expected to join Chiefs in the June transfer window as the team has exhausted the foreign players quota of 5. He had been on loan at Greek side OFI Crete.
Zvasiya had been linked with moves to both Dynamos and Caps United as well as FC Platinum and it seems Big Boy Mawiwi’s men who get the player on a short loan deal.
Mawiwi said they had been assessing the player and would hopefully be making a decision in the next few days. Mawiwi told the Herald “Lincoln came and started training with us on(Thursday). Now we are assessing him to see if we can get him on a loan. “So we need a few more days before we get a clear picture,”.
Harare City who finished last season in second place behind Dynamos on goal difference have been busy beefing up their side in the current transfer window and have already secured notable signings such as Benson Maglas, Timire Mamvura, Mehli Sibanda, Agrippa Murimba ,Francisco Zekumbawire and Misheck Mburayi.
