Caps United on verge of sponsorship deal

CAPS United are on the verge of clinching a two year sponsorship deal with cement manufacturer Lafarge Cement.

Lafarge logoThe club has been hunting  for sponsors and saw a potential deal with Ethanol producing company Green Fuel fall through but the good news for Caps united fans is a deal with Lafarge is almost done.

According to a source the deal is expected to cater for the first team and the juniors and this deal will also mean that Makepekepe will have to move to Lafarge stadium and use it as their home ground.

The club has already started using the stadium for their training and will play a friendly with Buffaloes at Lafarge  Stadium today.

When contacted for confirmation on the imminent deal officials could not deny or agree of the deal but rather they just said they will talking to a number of sponsors and would official announce any deals at the right time.

Lafarge Cement Zimbabwe is one of the major cement companies in Zimbabwe and manufactures,markets cement, aggregates and specials products. Formerly Circle Cement, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lafarge, the French global company that is world leader in construction materials
