Kaizer Chiefs has registered Zimbabwean international captain Willard Katsande as a non foreigner following the player acquiring a permanent residency.
Katsande who recently was appointed the club’s vice captain continues to grow with influence and his registration as a South African will free foreign quota slots.
Kickoff.com reports that Zambian forward Lewis Macha, the Zimbabwean duo of Edmore Chirambadare and Mitchell Katsvairo and the injured Togolese forward Camaldine Abraw are the four players that will be registered as foreigners by Chiefs this season.
However, Katsande will still be able able to feature for the Warriors despite acquiring South African permanent residence.
